Employment Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. Job Summary Employment Specialist provides work‑related services, including assessment, job readiness training, and skills building with patients. The role spends at least 80 % of time in the community working with employers, community colleges, skills centers, probation and the criminal justice system. The specialist also follows up with clients after employment to ensure ongoing supports for sustained active and meaningful employment. Skills and Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health or medical field. Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred. Current Arizona driver’s license in good standing. Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
