Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Stanford Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, while also providing individual therapy as necessary.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to address a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy flexible to the needs of patients, ensuring that they receive timely and effective support.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on families and individuals grappling with diverse challenges, including but not limited to:

• Adjustment to separation and divorce.
\n
• Conflicts among family members and communication difficulties.
\n
• Issues pertaining to blended families and remarriage dynamics.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
