You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, oversee complex implementations, drive business development efforts, and contribute to the continued growth of the Transformation Practice.Your day-to-day may include:Lead full lifecycle Anaplan implementations, including strategy, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and supportServe as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on planning, performance management, and transformation initiativesLead business process assessments and future-state design workshopsOversee solution architecture, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and quality assuranceManage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and overall engagement deliveryDrive client satisfaction through strong governance, communication, and issue resolutionDevelop and expand executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities for additional servicesLead proposal development, solutioning, pricing discussions, and pursuit activitiesSupport practice growth through thought leadership, go-to-market initiatives, and business development effortsMentor and develop consultants, managers, and solution architectsRecruit, interview, and develop top talent across the practiceMeet or exceed targeted utilization and business development goalsContribute to methodology development, practice operations, and intellectual capital creationOther duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required; Master's degree preferred10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience delivering enterprise planning, EPM, or digital transformation solutionsProven experience leading complex Anaplan implementations and enterprise transformation programsStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial planning, and operational planning processesExperience with EPM integrations, data management, and enterprise system connectivityDemonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships and influencing business outcomesExperience leading large, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent engagementsStrong program management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with business development, proposal development, solutioning, and revenue growth activitiesProven ability to mentor teams, develop leaders, and drive practice growthExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnaplan certifications preferredAbility to travel as needed; expected travel up to 40%The base salary range for this position is between $211,646 and $273,818. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
