Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: Goshen (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Goshen, Indiana. This role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable processes with a focus on freight invoices, import payables, and logistics-related billing. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP and Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience working within international shipping and customs environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee accounts payable transactions including freight invoices, import payables, and logistics billing.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements while ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Utilize ERP/accounting systems and Excel to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping terms, customs documentation, duties, and tariffs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
- Hands-on experience with freight invoices, import payables, or logistics-related billing.
- Proficiency with accounting systems/ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
