At PHMG, we're building a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives who are trained to succeed through a proven sales academy, with exceptional career progression and uncapped earning potential from day one.

The Pay

• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000–$90,000
• Uncapped commission – top SDRs earn $145,000+
• $10,000 salary increases every three months when performance targets are achieved
• High performers regularly earn well into six figures

• Make outbound B2B calls to business leaders across the US
• Generate new business opportunities every day
• Qualify prospects and schedule high-value appointments
• Achieve ambitious weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) — no weekends
• Eligible to work in the US
