• Valid Generalist Certification required
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25 students
• Positive approach to teamwork and problem-solving in a school setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and collaborate with classroom teachers to support inclusion
• Manage and maintain compliance with case management duties, including drafting and updating IEPs and coordinating services
• Track and report on student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and specialists to maximize student growth
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and engaging classroom environment for all students
