If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Web Platform Owner to join our Clients and Markets organization.Responsibilities:Own the web and digital platform roadmap, requirements and prioritization, balancing modernization of the underlying foundation with continuous improvement of existing digital properties, working across digital properties to create a more consistent foundation across KPMG.com, emerging app experiences and other owned digital destinationsLead the evolution of web technology architecture, moving toward a more modular, flexible and composable environment that allows KPMG to evolve individual capabilities without requiring wholesale platform changePartner with Creative, Web and Content teams to establish common platform capabilities, including content management, design systems, shared components, search, analytics, identity, integrations, APIs and other reusable servicesModernize content management and publishing, creating a more flexible foundation for structured content, reuse, localization, multichannel delivery and future AI-driven experiences; create a scalable integration strategy, ensuring the web platform can connect effectively with marketing, CRM, data, analytics, AI and other enterprise capabilitiesEnable AI-native digital experiences, anticipating how AI agents, conversational experiences, intelligent search and machine-generated or dynamically assembled experiences will change the requirements of the web platform; establish product governance and measurement, defining platform health, performance, adoption, reuse, speed-to-market and experience metrics and using them to continuously improve the digital ecosystem with a focus on customer data acquisition to power personalized experiences, and conversion optimization to accelerate KPMG's business growthAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience across digital product management, web platforms, digital experience technology or enterprise digitalBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityStrong product leadership experience, including development of product vision, multi-year roadmaps, prioritization frameworks and measurable product outcomes; strong understanding of modern web and digital experience architecture, including CMS platforms, APIs, component-based architectures, design systems, search, analytics and integration patternsExperience modernizing or migrating large-scale enterprise web platforms, ideally including movement from tightly coupled or managed environments toward more modular or composable architectures; familiarity with enterprise content management platforms such as Drupal and with headless, hybrid and composable content architecturesExperience overseeing web and app product ecosystems and an understanding of emerging AI implications for web architecture, including conversational interfaces, AI search, agents, dynamic content assembly and machine-readable contentStrong understanding of web governance, accessibility, privacy, security, performance and enterprise-scale operational requirements; strong strategic judgment and the ability to distinguish between incremental enhancements to the current environment and investments required to build the future platformApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
