Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence in the region.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and develop a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Travel within the region as needed to oversee operations and build relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
