Ponte Firm manages social talent and connects talent with the best brands, endorsements, sponsorships and other opportunities to help tell talent stories, build impactful content and drive sales. With a 100+ talent roster, which spans over 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm masters multi-platform storytelling. Ponte Firm is headquartered in Austin, with teams in New York and LA, and requires in-person work required Tuesday through Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are remote! About the Role We're looking for an experienced Director, Talent & Partnerships to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Managers while continuing to manage a select roster of top creators. This is a hybrid leadership and management role — you'll set the standard for team performance, coach Talent Managers through negotiations and strategy, and hold the bar high on service and revenue growth, all while managing a roster of your own creators to stay close to the work itself. As a member of the senior team, you'll help shape the future of Ponte Firm by contributing to operational improvements, talent development, hiring decisions, and strategic initiatives that continue to scale the agency. This role will be based out of our New York City offices on a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday), or fully remote for candidates based in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Managers, creating a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement Ensure your team consistently achieves quarterly and annual revenue bookings, and roster growth targets Coach Talent Managers through complex brand negotiations, creator strategy, pricing, renewals, and relationship management Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on professional development and measurable outcomes Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly from start to completion Identify opportunities to grow creator businesses through new partnerships, long-term strategy, and proactive account management Personally manage a select roster of high-value creators while maintaining exceptional service standards Recruit, onboard, and develop top Talent Management talent as the agency continues to scale Contribute to leadership meetings by helping improve processes, drive strategic initiatives, and shape the future growth of Ponte Firm What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams Demonstrated experience building a highly successful creator roster Demonstrated success negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent deals Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both creators and internal teams Based in (or willing to work hybrid from) New York City with in-office availability Tuesday–Thursday, or based in Los Angeles for fully remote consideration Existing relationships with major brands, agencies, and industry partners Experience managing high-profile creators Experience working in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial environment Experience working on the traditional side of the entertainment business (e.g., non-scripted, publishing, speaking engagements) and strong relationships with major talent agencies such as CAA, WME, and Gersh Work with some of the world's leading creators and global brands Join one of the fastest-growing creator management agencies in the industry Flexible work environment — hybrid (Tue–Thu in-office) in NYC/Austin, fully remote in LA Significant opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to scale Collaborate with an ambitious, entrepreneurial leadership team focused on innovation and long-term growth What You’ll Get At Ponte Firm, we’re committed to building a people‑first company.
