Pencil is seeking a results-driven Social & Community Manager to own our social presence and nurture the customer community. You’ll plan and publish on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, draft executive posts, and coordinate across design, customer success and product teams. You’ll grow engagement, moderate discussions, run events, translate community wins into content, and track metrics to show impact.
