Deliver individualized speech therapy services concentrating on areas such as language development, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless approach to care.

Provide valuable education to patients and families, empowering them to support progress beyond their therapy visits.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, maintaining continuity and care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Ensure precise and timely documentation adhering to state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Remain informed about the latest developments in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preference for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to customize therapeutic techniques to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving competencies.
