Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager role managing complex surgical system product development from conception through manufacturing. Drives portfolio of design projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring design control compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive product design project portfolio and design changes from conception to manufacturing stability
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and status reporting with risk identification
• Ensure Design Control processes are followed and facilitate scoping and resourcing of high-value projects
• Coordinate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory and Quality organizations
• Provide performance feedback to team members and contribute to product prioritization analysis

Requirements

• BS or equivalent work experience in a scientific field
• Minimum 6-8 years developing and commercializing products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Cross-functional leadership and influence across organizational levels
• Experience analyzing tradeoffs between features, customer needs, producibility and cost
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Medical device experience preferred; PMP certification desired
