ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the professional development and continuous learning of employees * Develop training programs and instructional resources to meet organizational needs * Assess training and development needs through job shadowing, interviews, and consultation with managers

• Create training materials and instructional content
• Oversee the delivery of training programs, both in-person and online
• Facilitate leadership development courses for field and office, adapting

delivery depending on audience * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments * Collaborate with department heads and leadership team to align training programs and leadership development strategies with organizational goals

• Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress

Essential Education and Qualifications: * Degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning and Development, or related field

• 5+ years experience in training and development
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in organizational development
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build partnerships and influence leaders at all levels and guide
