Information Technology Help Desk Support

A professional services organization is seeking an IT Help Desk / Trial Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user support and courtroom technology assistance. This role combines Tier 1–2 IT support with technology support for trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, software, and peripherals Troubleshoot and resolve help desk incidents, escalating complex issues as needed Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Citrix, VPN, Zoom, and Webex Set up and support trial war rooms, courtroom presentation systems, and remote proceeding environments Operate presentation and AV technology during live and virtual proceedings Support courtroom exhibits, demonstratives, video conferencing, and related litigation technology Maintain technical documentation, equipment inventories, and knowledge-base resources Provide occasional after-hours, on-call, and travel support for legal proceedings Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience; law firm or professional services experience preferred Experience supporting Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 environments Familiarity with TrialDirector, OnCue, Sanction, or similar trial presentation tools Experience with document management systems such as NetDocuments preferred Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills Basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, and AV/video conferencing experience CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar technical certifications are a plus Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Acquisition LLC
