Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will manage cash management duties, maintain account receivables, and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure timely collection of payments. Key responsibilities Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits and updating cash distribution Maintain up-to-date account receivables records and monitor collections by contacting clients Research and resolve payment discrepancies and communicate issues to the management team Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1 to 2 years of AP/AR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Great Plains or similar accounting software preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
