Kristen Foote is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support the team, and help create a productive, professional environment where people can do their best work.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, service-minded, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities at once. You will play a critical role in supporting leadership, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring both clients and team members have an exceptional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000–$80,000 depending on experience

Compensation:

$75,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and smoothly
  • Improve systems, procedures, and organizational processes
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, communication, and team scheduling
  • Track deadlines, projects, and priorities to ensure timely execution and accountability
  • Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoicing, payroll coordination, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, contracts, and operational documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team communication
  • Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client experience
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience
  • Real estate industry experience required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Financially organized with strong attention to detail
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
