Business Development Manager – Staffing & Workforce Solutions Position Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding market presence through consultative, solution-based selling.
