Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina runs a high-volume kitchen with service until 2am and a weekly rotation that includes steak & chop night on Thursdays and a $14.99 fish fry on Fridays. We're hiring a Kitchen Manager to run daily kitchen operations, lead the back-of-house team, and step onto the line during peak hours.

What you'll do:
- Manage all daily kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff
- Step onto the line and support the team during peak hours — an active role, not just supervisory
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times during busy service
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and staff development
- Monitor inventory, food prep, ordering, and food cost controls
- Ensure kitchen safety and compliance with health regulations
What you'll need:
- Previous kitchen management experience required
- Experience managing labor, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Availability needed for nights and weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
