Job Description
Thompson Staffing is seeking a seasoned Legal Secretary with a minimum of 7 years of commercial litigation experience to support a team of attorneys in the Miami, FL area.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Manage litigation calendars, including scheduling and tracking pleadings, motions, and related deadlines for state and federal courts.
• Provide high-level organizational and administrative support while balancing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with other legal technology platforms.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients, both orally and in writing.
• Prior experience in a large law firm environment strongly preferred.
• Real estate/foreclosure experience a plus.
This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits. Salary - $57,000-$70,000.
