Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify the unique social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients through structured interviews and surveys.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions adapted to clients' personal circumstances, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized service plans that facilitate clients’ goals, tracking their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources, working closely with community organizations to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in the evaluation of programs, contributing insights for grant reporting and improvement of service strategies.

• Engage in peer consultations and training to ensure best practices are maintained while encouraging personal and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
