Application Deadline:08/05/2026Address:33 Dundas Street WestJob Family Group:TechnologyThe Senior Manager, Strategic Enablement leads the enablement of Canada P&BB data, analytics, and AI capabilities, collaborating closely with business architecture and technology teams to ensure all initiatives stay aligned with target-state goals. This role also delivers new capabilities in close partnership with Technology teams for Data and Analytics teams.Key Responsibilities1) Data Use Case EnablementPartner with Product Owners and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver Data and analytics use casesTranslate business problems into implementation-ready solutions (workflows, data requirements, models, controls)Lead implementation of Data & Analytics platforms and solutions, including analytics platform, data engineering foundation, and consultant on user change management for modernization effortsEnsure use cases are aligned to business capabilities, architecture, and strategic prioritiesEvaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to accelerate use case delivery and scalability2) Architecture & Roadmap AlignmentPartner with Business Architect to align initiatives to capability roadmap and target architectureEnsure technology selections and implementation approaches support long-term strategy and scalabilityProvide feedback into roadmap based on delivery insights and technical feasibility3) Cloud & Technology Delivery (AWS / Azure)Collaborate with platform, engineering, and other teams to design and build robust Data & Analytics environmentsEnsure alignment with enterprise standards and cloud strategies Cross-Functional CollaborationWork across business, data, and engineering teams to deliver production-read outcomesGather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., SLAs, data freshness, controls, auditability)Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout deliveryQualifications 10+ years professional experience5-8+ years of experience in AI or analytics deliveryStrong hands-on Python/PySpark experience development for productionExperience with AWS and/or Azure ecosystemsProven experience delivering production Data or AI solutionsStrong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans Salary:$94,600.00 - $176,000.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
