Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients managing symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine individual needs and facilitate appropriate treatment planning.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure timely access to key services and effective communication among clients, families, and other service providers.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring interventions are tailored to the needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain an assigned caseload while effectively monitoring client progress and meeting treatment goals, focusing on their immediate concerns and requests for assistance.

• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and maintain agency standards.

• Support crisis intervention efforts as needed, demonstrating swift and effective responses to ensure client safety.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, including treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes to comply with ethical and organizational requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
