Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health or situational concerns along with their strengths and coping resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with goals, interventions, and follow-up strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for every patient.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, ensuring the client’s immediate well-being and stability during critical situations.

• Document client interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n
