Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are seeking a detailed-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate ensures accurate financial record-keeping while maintaining strong vendor relationships and strict adherence to internal controls.Key Responsibilities:Invoice Processing & Verification: Receive, code, and enter vendor invoices into UNANETPayment Execution: Schedule and process AP checks according to payment termsVendor Management: Maintain accurate vendor records, update W-9 forms, track 1099 eligibility, and resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.Reconciliation & Month-End Close: Reconcile AP sub-ledgers against general ledger (GL) control accounts and reconcile monthly vendor statements.Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports to ensure alignment with corporate travel and expense guidelines.Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting2+ years of direct Accounts Payable experienceProficiency in EXCELExperience with Accounting SoftwareHigh attention to detail and data entry accuracy.Crown Innovations is a recognized leader in research, development, and engineering, shaping the future of air transportation through concept development, system design, advanced integration, and emerging technologies.
