Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Full Time

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role in Slayton, MN with an area healthcare client where you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain state licensure as applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience preferred.
• Documented CT experience required. CT certification not required, but candidate must be comfortable performing CT procedures and list CT experience on work history.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required equipment-specific certifications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and relate professionally with coworkers, other departments, patients, and the public.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and seek guidance when needed.
• Willingness to meet departmental continuing education requirement of 24 CEU credits every 2 years.
• Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call and call-back responsibilities with a 15-minute response expectation.

Position Details:

• Shift name: Flex Shifts.
• Shift pattern: 8-hour shifts. Variable schedule; may rotate; occasional half days.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
• On-call: Two weeknights per week (Mon-Thu 5:30 pm to 7:00 am). Call weekends every 3rd or 4th weekend (Fri 5:30 pm to Mon 7:00 am). Holidays rotating with staff.
• Charting system: Epic.
• Required certifications to be current: ARRT and BLS.
