Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions.

• Facilitate and lead interactive therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, focusing on issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. You will mainly work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active, valid license in your respective field (including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is essential for eligibility.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of working effectively with clients facing emotional difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport building and trust formation with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
