Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, focusing on symptoms' intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, taking into account their specific needs, goals, and personal circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client concerns effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster recovery.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will include individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will provide therapy for both adults and adolescents, offering individual, group, and family counseling as needed. In this role, you will help clients navigate through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, providing them with the tools and support necessary for lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
