About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Platform Operations to lead the development and management of its property management platform's shared operating backbone. The successful candidate will be a high-impact operator, serving as a key driver of execution across the platform. This role requires a well-rounded business athlete who can take high-level priorities and translate them into structured work streams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and results across various back-office functions. The VP will be responsible for operations, IT, systems, and field teams, and must have a strong background in multi-site or PE-backed environments, with the ability to influence and challenge leadership as necessary. The ideal candidate will have 12-18+ years of operating experience, with a focus on post-acquisition integration and a proven track record of consolidating teams, workflows, and systems into a more scalable operating model. Technical fluency is essential for driving system evaluation and implementation, and the role demands strong written communication skills and the discipline to document processes as the company scales. The VP of Platform Operations will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, drive business efficiency, and potentially progress to a COO role as the company expands.
