Work You’ll Do Supports organizational change management initiatives by developing and executing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Conducts change impact assessments, tracks readiness metrics, and partners with project teams to help ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
