We're looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join our team in Irvine, CA ! In this role, you'll be trusted to keep the numbers accurate, the clients informed, and the process running smoothly — while helping shape how our accounting operations continue to improve. What You'll Do Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Produce clean, error-free accounting reports and present findings to management Analyze financial statements and summarize results in clear terms Identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy Advise clients on potential liabilities and risk areas Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Deliver a consistent, high standard of client service What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus not a must 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or tax resolution Working knowledge of tax law and GAAP Experience with Logics and/or Salesforce, plus QuickBooks or similar Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Role This is a chance to work at the intersection of tax expertise and client advisory — where your accuracy and judgment directly protect clients from liability and help the business run better.
