Your Tasks You will assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns. You will independently create content for our website, newsletters, and social media channels, particularly LinkedIn. You will monitor market trends, competitors, and target audiences and create tailored content that promotes our brand. You will support smooth back-office operations as well as assist management and teams in day-to-day business operations. You will take on key HR and recruiting tasks, such as screening applications and coordinating and conducting interviews. You will coordinate schedules and organize team events and client workshops. Your Qualifications have a completed vocational training in business or a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, real estate management, or a related field. have excellent organizational skills and a reliable, structured and team-oriented approach to work. are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as marketing tools. have affinity for marketing, communications, and digital media. stand out for your confident demeanor and professional communication skills. have the ability to work in a structured and reliable manner, even under stress and with tight deadlines. have excellent written and spoken German skills.
