Audit Associate

Auditor or Tax Preparer Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP Lubbock, TX, USA Full-Time 401K, Dental, Life, Medical Why Work Here? “Awesome work environment, great benefits, and lots of room for growth!” As an auditor, you will be considered a key component of the audit team and will be traveling to client locations. On the audit team, you will be exposed to multiple clients and gain invaluable hands on audit experience in diverse fields including, but not limited to: electrical utilities, telecommunication providers, governmental organizations, not for profit entities, and employee benefit plans. Looking for junior and senior level auditors with 0-5 years experience. Duties: Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional standards Know and understand the reason for the firm's policies and procedures Participate in training courses to further develop technical skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA exam eligible preferred.
