Sales Manager
Nextlex
Drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and enterprise clients. This role leads the sales cycle from prospecting through close, positioning Nextlex as the essential platform for modern legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with law firms and legal departments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to specific client needs and workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in legal tech or professional services.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
- Existing network within the legal industry.
- Experience selling AI-powered or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
