Sales Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own core revenue operations work that helps shape forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales planning across the organization. You will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve territory design, quota setting, and business health reporting. The position also calls for strong analytical judgment and process discipline to support strategic decisions and sales effectiveness in a fast-moving environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $261,000 annually Responsibilities

Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management, and report insights to leadership regularly Define and instrument pipeline and business health metrics within Salesforce Lead strategic assessments for new opportunities such as market expansion and sales team scaling Collaborate independently with sales leaders on territory design and account segmentation Oversee annual and quarterly goal-setting processes to ensure equitable quota targets Analyze sales cycle trends to provide actionable insights for improving sales effectiveness Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and workflows Qualifications

9+ years in strategy and operations or sales operations at a fast-growth company or in management consulting Experience building processes from scratch in ambiguous environments Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze complex data for executive-level insights Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance workflows and productivity Flexible mindset with a no-ego attitude in fast-paced scenarios Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in analytical tools Benefits
