The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.   Relocation may be offered.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeActive US Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years with the ability to obtain Enhanced Security ClearancesExperience with executing software development processesExperience in software development using languages such as C++, PythonExperience with MBSE, software design & requirement managementAbility and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience leading Software Engineering teamsUnderstands best practices required for the development of Safety Critical Software DevelopmentExperience with Agile principles and methodologiesFamiliarity with scripting languages (i.e. PERL, Python, Bash, YAML).Experience with source code configuration management tools (i.e git).Operates independently with limited to no supervision, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customersExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsStrong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and technical risksPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
