HR Assistant

Genesis Recruiting

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their human resources team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to learn about the HR field. Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support in organizing training sessions and employee development programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as needed. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in HR, is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis Recruiting
