What You'll Do

• Act as a primary liaison between customers and sales managers, facilitating smooth sales activities and ensuring seamless communication.
• Provide essential product information, detailed pricing specifics, and accurate lead times to efficiently support customer inquiries.
• Accurately process customer orders, generate quotes, manage sample requests, and secure price approvals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing facilities to proactively monitor order status, optimize delivery schedules, and manage inventory availability.
• Prepare and meticulously maintain critical sales-related documentation, including comprehensive reports, RFQs, purchase orders, sales orders, and up-to-date customer records within a CRM tool.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding intricate product specifications, essential certifications, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Assist with customer onboarding processes and ensure precise data entry into relevant systems, contributing to operational excellence.

What You'll Bring


Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service capacity.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and documentation, particularly within a technical product environment.
• Demonstrated experience processing and/or preparing sales quotes.
• Proficiency with CRM programs to manage customer interactions and data.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook & Excel) for daily operations.
• The ability to set clear, measurable goals and strategically create a plan to achieve them.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience within the electronic components or connectors industry.
• Previous experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Coordinator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Inside Sales Support, or Sales Order Administrator.
