Senior Enterprise AI Solutions Consultant

Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to help large enterprises adopt AI-powered experience orchestration using Genesys Cloud. You will partner with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to translate complex challenges into clear, valuable solutions and drive measurable outcomes across customer experience programs.
You will lead discovery, AI proof-of-concept work, and tailored demonstrations, while collaborating with Sales, Product, Services, and Partners.
