The Opportunity Joining a growing Accounting team, you'll play a key role in building scalable financial processes and supporting a complex, multi-entity international business operating across payments and digital assets. Key responsibilities include: Leading month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Maintaining the accuracy of digital asset accounting records across multiple entities Building scalable reconciliation and control frameworks to support growth and audit requirements Managing intercompany accounting and international subsidiary revaluations/translations Reviewing customer contracts and revenue recognition under ASC 606 Driving process improvements and automation alongside Product, Engineering and Data teams Supporting billing operations, external audits, system implementations and strategic projects What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 Experience with complex reconciliations and high-volume data sets Proven track record improving processes and implementing automation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally Nice to Have CPA and/or Big 4 background Exposure to fintech, payments, crypto or other high-growth technology businesses Flexible remote-first working environment Unlimited PTO (with encouraged minimum usage) #J-18808-Ljbffr Talentedge
