What You'll Do You'll serve as the operational backbone behind our events, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly, from the first planning meeting through the final attendee follow-up. Responsibilities include: Lead multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution. Source and secure venues for executive oncology roundtables and Blueprint events across the U.S. Coordinate all event logistics, including timelines, vendors, catering, A/V, materials, travel, and onsite execution. Manage sponsor deliverables and ensure exceptional client experiences for leading biotech and MedTech partners. Oversee project timelines, milestones, budgets, and internal workflows. *Required: Travel domestically as needed to support event setup, execution, and onsite management. Build and maintain organized project documentation across ClickUp, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, and other software tools (Jotform, Airtable, etc). Coordinate physician outreach, attendee communications, and event logistics alongside internal teams. Track project progress, identify risks early, and proactively solve challenges before they become problems. Keep cross-functional teams aligned through clear communication and thoughtful project management. Continuously improve internal processes and help build scalable systems as the company grows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with clients, physicians, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com), Google Workspace, and Zoom. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bonus Points If You Have Experience managing conferences, corporate events, executive meetings, or healthcare events. Familiarity with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools. Experience coordinating vendors, venues, or travel logistics. Experience working with biotech, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or healthcare organizations. Compensation & Employment This position begins on a contractor (1099) basis , with compensation based on experience and availability.
