Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure thorough and integrated care

Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track towards their goals

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or additional post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
