Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Warwick, RI Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour DOE Some of the things you will do as a Recruiter: Interview, screen and evaluate candidates Use discretion and independent judgement to determine the best candidates to represent Westaff Match qualified associates with client's expectations and requirements Orient associates regarding their assignment Manage social media pages such as Facebook Manage job postings on various job boards Build and grow relationships with clients and associates Gain an understanding of clients needs through in-person visits Monitor client satisfaction through regular phone conversations Document events and activities in our CRM system Expectations of a Recruiter: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times Abide by our philosophy of one team, one goal Work productively with colleagues Welcome opportunities to learn and develop your skills Comply with company polices in all areas Must love the art of conversation with applicants, staff and clients Able to work in a fast-paced environment with A+ follow up skills Sense of Humor a must!
