Multi-Channel Campaign Manager - Orthopedics

As a Multi-Channel Campaign Manager within our Orthopedic business, you’ll be at the center of execution, bringing marketing strategies from concept to launch across multiple channels.In this role, you’ll take the lead in transforming strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans, coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth, high-quality launch. You’ll play a critical role in connecting the dots between content, creative, operations, and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.If you enjoy fast-paced environments, cross-functional collaboration, and the satisfaction of delivering campaigns that make a real business impact, this role is for you.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuilds campaign execution plans and coordinates cross-channel delivery for assigned initiatives.Manages timelines, dependencies, and launch-readiness checklists to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinates creative, content, operations, and stakeholder review cycles.Ensures tracking readiness, including UTM setup, naming conventions, and conversion actions.Executes paid activation within established standards, where applicable.Partners analytics to instill a continuous improvement culture across tactics, setting benchmarks and developing playbooks for future use.Partners with business-unit stakeholders to align campaign activity to milestones, launches, and conversion goals.Job RequirementsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated environmentDemonstrated experience owning multi-channel campaigns from planning through launch, including timelines, budget management, performance management, paid media, SEO, marketing automations, PPC/SEM, stakeholder reviews, asset coordination, tracking requirements, and reporting.Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and campaign execution skillsWorking knowledge of digital channels, tracking, measurement readiness, and approval workflowsPreferred RequirementsDegree concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldExperience coordinating multi-channel downstream campaigns, paid activation, and launch planningCertifications in marketing technology and paid media/performance marketingExperience in regulated industries and/or with campaign management platformsThis is a remote role with up to 30% travel.This role is not eligible for sponsorship.This job posting is anticipated to close on 7/30/2026.
