Patient Account Registrar
Seacrest Behavioral Health
Role: Patient Account Registrar responsible for interviewing patients or representatives to collect demographic information, securing insurance details, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Admitting department, operate computers to input and retrieve data, and communicate effectively across all age groups using age-specific techniques. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology and complete special projects as assigned within designated timeframes. Qualifications & Skills: Previous hospital admissions experience preferred, knowledge of medical terminology, effective communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills. High school diploma or GED required. Additional Info: Offers a competitive hourly rate, benefits package, and opportunities for growth.
