Assistant Director of Facilities Management

Vi Living seeks an Assistant Director of Facilities Management to support safe, reliable, luxury senior living environments. In partnership with the Director, you’ll oversee building operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and life-safety systems across our continuing care campus. Responsibilities include supervising staff and vendors, planning preventive maintenance, managing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with healthcare, OSHA, and local building codes. You’ll monitor budgets, respond to emergencies, support inspections, and collaborate with nursing and operations leaders to minimize disruption and deliver exceptional resident service.
