Property Administrator

Samuels Associates is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join the P12/Lyrik team. This individual will play a central role in the day-to-day operational processes and procedures for one of Boston’s most complex and high-profile properties. Given the breadth of stakeholders involved, this role demands exceptional communication, organizational acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the front-line ambassador for the property, the Property Administrator will serve as the primary liaison between commercial and retail tenants, contractors, and vendors ensuring seamless operations and a world-class tenant experience. About Lyrik P12 /Lyrik is one of Boston’s most anticipated mixed‑use developments, ideally situated at the end cap of Newbury Street in the heart of Back Bay.
