Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, based on their psychiatric diagnosis and identified problems.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions to promote healing and personal growth.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes, and actively participate in team meetings to discuss client care and strategies.

• Inspire hope for individuals facing mental health challenges, communicating that addiction and mental health issues are treatable conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely charting, documentation, and reporting for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

• Leverage technology to enhance therapy outcomes, including utilizing telehealth platforms for remote sessions and electronic health record systems for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, relationship difficulties, and family conflict. By offering culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care, you will address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to PTSD and substance abuse. You will advocate for clients, fostering supportive environments where they can thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Hold current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
