Accounting Manager

Full-time, on-site Senior Accountant responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial integrity. Owns general ledger maintenance, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close. Prepares financial statements and management reports, supports budgeting/forecasting, and provides audit documentation. Oversees AP/AR, monitors internal controls, and partners with leadership to drive financial insights and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: General ledger management & journal entry preparation Balance sheet and bank reconciliations Month-end/year-end close Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Audit support and compliance documentation AP/AR oversight and internal controls monitoring Cross-functional collaboration with leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing Strong GL, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation skills Working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit support Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Navision, NetSuite, IQMS, DelmiaWorks, or Dynamics a plus) CPA or progress toward certification preferred, not required Cost accounting and fixed asset experience a plus Familiarity with AI tools in business/accounting a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
