GTM AI Agent Builder

For our client, we are seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape how AI is applied across go-to-market operations, with a focus on building practical workflows that improve sales productivity and business impact. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions. The position blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration as the team evaluates tools, defines measurement frameworks, and rolls out new capabilities. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys translating emerging AI possibilities into operational results. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $222,000 – $242,000 annually Responsibilities Contribute to the GTM AI strategy and roadmap, including technology evaluation and business use cases Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to enhance sales productivity Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and connect initiatives to business results Define and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business impact Implement integrations linking Salesforce and other tools to AI insights Assist in evaluating models and vendors for best-in-class AI solutions Support rollout of AI initiatives with clear training and measurable outcomes Collaborate on implementing reusable automation patterns across teams Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product in high-growth SaaS, or 2-4 years in an AI-focused company Experience building operational systems or automation that improve productivity and revenue Comfortable with AI tools and automation workflows, even without deep ML expertise Familiar with GTM systems such as Salesforce and how they impact commercial success Strong program execution and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects Technical background is a plus Excellent communication skills for translating technical information for non-technical audiences Curious and adaptable mindset focused on leveraging AI in revenue operations Benefits Access to a collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity to shape AI's impact on revenue operations Regular interaction with cross-functional teams and leadership Focus on professional development through training and mentorship Flexible work environment with the option for hybrid work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
