Employee Relations Advisor
State of South Carolina
SC Department of Social Services is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to implement and coordinate the employee relations program across regions of South Carolina, serving over 2,000 employees. You will counsel management on disciplinary actions, HR policies, and state and federal HR regulations; plan trainings on EPMS, disciplinary policies, and HR laws; and guide compliance with EEOC requirements. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience are required, with a valid driver's #J-18808-Ljbffr
